Graduate Student Internship in Communications and Program Management

The Division of Student Life is seeking one graduate student for a paid internship to support emerging initiatives from the Office of the Vice President for Student Life. Primary responsibilities will include marketing and communications, and program support for the variety of efforts based in the office. The intern will join staff in the Office of the Vice President for Student Life and work with staff across campus to improve student success and engagement with the Husky Experience.

Pay rate – $19 per hour
Hours – 19.5 hours/week
Duration – September, 2016 thru June, 2017

The student selected for this internship will be supervised by the Student Affairs Specialist with a dotted reporting line to the Marketing and Communications Manager. Specific responsibilities and areas of focus will be negotiated between the intern and their supervisors.

The intern will also assist the Student Affairs Specialist and the Marketing and Communications Manager on developing priorities.
